Purpose of Position

The ideal candidate will be highly service driven, possess meticulous standards and enjoy consistently exceeding guests’ expectations. With outstanding communication skills and the ability to supervise, coach and support Housekeeping team members, you will be proactive and focused on ensuring that cleaning, maintaining, and servicing all guest accommodation, hotel public and private areas meet the required 5-Star standard that we pride ourselves on.

Skills, Experience and Attributes

  • Several years’ experience of housekeeping in high-quality properties
  • Demonstrable leadership experience
  • Accuracy and an “eye for detail”
  • Computer literate
  • Team player with a caring attitude towards staff
  • “Can do attitude” with a commitment to training and teamwork
  • Must be physically fit
  • High standard of personal presentation
  • Demonstrates initiative
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Responsible and accountable
  • Available to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
